These are the terms that apply when you use this website. They are short on purpose, because we want you to actually read them.
Who we are
This website is run by Open Source Healing Initiative CIC (“OSHI”), a community interest company registered in England & Wales, company number 13935346.
You will find us at C4DI @TheDock, 31–38 Queen Street, Hull, HU1 1UU. Our registered office is 1–4 Market Place, Hull, HU1 1RS.
By using this site you agree to these terms. How we look after your personal information is covered separately in our privacy notice.
Not an emergency or medical service
OSHI provides peer support, coaching and signposting. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and we are not an emergency service. Nothing on this site replaces advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.

Meeting information
Our Find a Meeting page is currently a signpost: it links to the official meeting finders run by the fellowships themselves, while we rebuild our own verified directory. Meeting details belong to those fellowships, not to us, and times and venues can change at short notice. Before travelling any distance, please check the fellowship’s own finder or helpline.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully and decently. In particular, don’t:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site;
- submit forms with false information, or make a referral about someone as a joke or to cause harm;
- copy or misuse anyone’s personal information found through the site.
Links to other websites
We link to other organisations: fellowship finders, support services and similar. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them. A link is a signpost, not an endorsement.
Our content
Unless we say otherwise, the words and images on this site belong to OSHI or our licensors. You’re welcome to read, print and share them for your own personal, non-commercial use. For anything else, like reusing our content commercially, please ask us first.
Liability
We provide this website and our services free of charge and in good faith. We try hard to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OSHI accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the current version applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute about them can be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also use your local courts.
